*Description*
The Sales Manager is responsible for leading the sales team of Strobel Manufacturing, achieving sales targets and realizing regular sales growth.
This person will manage all outside sales force including Strobel Territory Manager, Reps and Dealers.
*Base Pay + Commission*
*Essential Duties and Responsibilities* _(other duties may be assigned)_
* Develop and maintain a high level of knowledge for all products.
* Meet and exceed monthly sales goals.
* Work with leadership to set pricing and work to continually increase retail prices and margins.
* Manage incoming sales calls.
* Manage all prospective leads from start to finish.
* Negotiate on behalf of the company.
* Coordinate with any outside sales personnel; developing relationships and motivating all involved to a continual high level of contribution to the overall sales effort.
* Create and enforce the sales processes and systems including CRM (Agile).
* Work with Marketing Manager to target, reach and motivate prospective customers.
* Coordinate with Director of Logistics, Controller and Plant Manager.
* Build relationships with sales representatives within dealerships and motivate them to increase sales.
*Required Qualifications*
* Proven work experience as a Sales Manager or similar role.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Ability to meet deadlines.
* Detail oriented and customer focused.
* Positive attitude toward producing results.
* Proficiency with technology including but not limited to Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, Databases, Social Media, Conference Calls, etc.
* Ability to travel.
