Our Memory Support Director Will:
Lead and grow our local Memory support programs.
Provide training to associates on new principles and methodologies of care for improved resident outcomes.
Work closely with both current and prospective residents and families to meet their individualized needs.
Design innovative programs and services that enhance the resident experience.
Develop processes and procedures that build operational continuity, efficiency, safety and meet state and federal guidelines.
Build strong relationships in a positive environment throughout the community.
Our Memory Support Director Has:
2+ years of experience leading a team in senior living or a related industry.
2+ years of providing care to individuals with cognitive and/or memory care support needs.
Ability to work every other weekend.
A bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Nursing, Therapy, Social Work, or a related field is preferred but not required.
A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
