*Position:* Foundation and Project Manager
*Location:* Phillips County Health Systems, Phillipsburg, KS
*Responsibilities:*
* Lead the establishment and development of a foundation aimed at providing sustainable healthcare solutions to the communities served by Phillips County Health Systems.
* Identify and pursue fundraising opportunities, including donor cultivation, grant writing, and special events, to support the mission and goals of the foundation.
* Cultivate relationships with community stakeholders, including businesses, organizations, and individuals, to foster support and engagement in foundation initiatives.
* Work closely with the board of directors for the foundation to set strategic priorities, develop fundraising strategies, and execute plans for sustainable healthcare initiatives.
* Collaborate with PCHS leadership to identify opportunities for new services and projects that align with the mission of the foundation and address community healthcare needs.
* Oversee the implementation and organization of new services and projects, ensuring effective coordination and collaboration across departments and stakeholders.
* Serve as a liaison between the foundation, PCHS leadership, and the community, representing the organization at public events, meetings, and forums.
*Qualifications:*
* Bachelor's degree preferred.
* Previous experience in foundation development, fundraising, grant writing, or nonprofit management preferred.
* Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, organize, and execute initiatives to achieve strategic goals.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
* Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities, solve problems, and drive innovation in community healthcare delivery.
* Comfortable engaging with the public, community leaders, and board members to build support and collaboration.
* Commitment to the mission and values of Phillips County Health Systems and the foundation.
