Position Summary: Responsible for the management and administration of all freight related activities and accountable for the suitable handling and processing of warehouse inventory.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Overseeing the loading and unloading of freight.
Verifying the account of all freight shipped and received.
Maintaining an account of inventory in the warehouse.
Ensuring the proper labeling, tagging and packaging of goods and materials.
Organizing plans for loading and unloading of product
Assigning work and functions to all warehouse workers and staff.
Supervising the proper and smooth functioning of all activities.
Able to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned.
Education/Experience:
High School Diploma/GED
Previous Warehouse Experience preferred.
Ability to operate a forklift / manual / powered pallet jack or lift product.
Familiarity with inventory management systems.
Understanding of all safety procedures

Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust and focus
Ability to push/pull <55 lbs.

Job Status: Full-Time
FLSA Status: Hourly/Non-Exempt
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday; 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm; Extended days and hours as needed
