Manager Operations Warehouse
Primary Function:
The Bulk Plant General Manager is a working manager role and is responsible for providing oversight and assistance in the storage and distribution of petroleum products, propane, and lubricants.
Direct responsibilities include:
Instruct employees in daily operations to ensure superior service, and safe and efficient operations.
Manage employee schedules, development, evaluations, staffing and recruitment.
Resolve conflict and take disciplinary action as needed.
Ensure DOT compliance including hours of service.
Responsible for meeting or exceeding organizational and operational goals and objectives.
Prepare departmental cost analysis and monitor operational metrics and reporting.
Manage with a high degree of ethics and integrity in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate supplies to meet customer needs and eliminate loss and waste.
Develop and build customer relationships; develop customer confidence and promote customer loyalty.
Audit internal processes and invoicing for accuracy.
Follow and ensure compliance with all safety policies and regulations; verify completion of all required safety training, inspections and recordkeeping.
Adhere to all Federal, State and local laws and regulations.

Requirements:
An individual must be able to perform or learn these essential duties satisfactorily.

HS diploma or equivalent; college degree in related field or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
7 years of management and related industry experience required.
Working knowledge of management principles and a demonstrated ability to motivate and lead.
Excellent communication skills are required at all levels.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Must be highly organized with a record of prioritizing multiple projects and meeting deliverables.
General math skills required; addition, subtraction and multiplication.
Experience using Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook required.
Class A/B CDL, hazmat and tanker endorsements and good driving record required.
Regular and dependable attendance is an essential function of this position.

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts; fumes or airborne particles and toxic or caustic chemicals.
