The Sr.
Product Manager is responsible for product development and enhancement, coordinates with the Technology team and cross-functional teams to develop product requirements and roadmaps and incorporates internal and external feedback in the product strategy.
The Role:
Collaborates with internal stakeholders to gather business or product requirements, ensuring they align with the companies goals and vision.
Provide recommendations on technology and process improvements and development.
Collect and analyze feedback and input from internal and external stakeholders, departments, etc.

Work with the CTO, Executives to create product plans and roadmaps.
Coordinates cross-functional teams.
Produce and review product requirements documents (PRD).
Ensure releases are launched correctly and on schedule.
Proven ability to meet deadlines.
Identify, modify, and drive development benchmarks on assigned projects.
Ensure that high standards of reliability, quality, usability, and measurement are adhered to throughout each phase of product development.
5+ years of Product Management Experience
Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Problem solving aptitude.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Proficiency in leading and managing cross-team projects and goals.
