The General Manager provides strategic and tactical leadership for their restaurant.
This leader must maintain operations and drive results in his/her restaurant through people development, positive Guest experience, cost control, and sales/profit growth.
The General Manager must recruit, hire, train, and develop Team Members.
The General Manager must convey the Wing King culture to his/her team and be a creative team player who is passionate about hard work, having fun, and demonstrating sincere dedication to the success of the franchise.
-Lead and Support the Wing King LLC and Vision Culture
-Support and influence the restaurant's overall operational and financial goals
-Work flexible work schedules to supervise the restaurant/s operations and guest demands
-Ability to open and close the restaurant while performing safe and secure audits.
-Hold self and team members accountable to company standards.
-Manage cash accountability systems by verifying safe counts, register counts, safe deposits, and opening/closing the day.
-Ensure Shift Managers/Team Members work at a pace to maintain the restaurant's speed of service guidelines
-Addresses the guest issues that may arise using the BLAST model.
Pay Range: $50,000 to $65,0000 per year base Salary.
