The Information Systems Director will be responsible for the management and development of all Information Systems department technical staff as well as the oversight of all 24/7 operational Information Systems responsibilities.

What You'll Do
Coordinate staffing of the Information Systems department and act as manager for all department technical staff.
Ensure the department is operating within fiscal and organizational guidelines.
Work closely with the Chief Information Officer on improving systems stability and developing efficient processes.
Act as the Project Manager on application and infrastructure related projects.
Partner with the Information Security Officer to monitor the cyber security posture of the organization.
Assure compliance with all license agreements.
Lead telecommunication functions; including telephone system, video conferencing, paging, etc.
What You Need
Bachelors Degree in computer science or related field is required.
Six years of IT experience; with at least one year acting as a systems lead contact for complex technology systems is acceptable in lieu of degree.
At least one year of project management experience is preferred.
At least two years of managerial experience is preferred.
Preference will be given to candidates with 5 or more years of experience.
Extensive knowledge of computer technology; including server technologies and information security.
Extensive knowledge of enterprise and healthcare information technologies, including EMR software, security best practices, and network and storage infrastructures.
Strong interpersonal communication skills.
