IN THIS ROLE YOU WOULD:
* Assist the Store Manager with all tasks necessary for an efficient operation
* Assist in training and motivating store personnel, striving for an enjoyable workplace
* Assist the Store Manager in creating an exciting shopping environment
* Serve as a positive role model to employees
* Perform work activities in conformance to the Goodwill Values Statement, which includes the values of Respect, Integrity, Compassion, Stewardship, Learning, Teamwork, and Entrepreneurial Spirit
EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE:
* Two (2) years of experience working with the public is preferred
* Supervisory experience
* Valid Nebraska driver’s license and meet insurance requirements is required
