*Responsibilities *
- Assist with the day-to-day operations of the child care center including staff management, scheduling, and budgeting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and staff members
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive environment for all children in the child care center to learn and grow Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education
- Ability and confidence to ensure effective daily operations of the center and delegate responsibilities and tasks
*Preferred Qualifications *
- Hold a degree in Early Childhood Education or related field, or a CDA credential
- CPR certified
- Strong passion for working with children and helping them learn and grow
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
