Key Carrier/Supervisor

Responsibilities: - Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily retail operations - Train new employees - Supervise and provide guidance to retail staff - Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints or issues - Manage cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy in cash register transactions - Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the Store Manager for restocking - Implement marketing strategies to promote sales and increase customer traffic - Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement training programs for staff - Assist in payroll management and scheduling of employees - Maintain store appearance and ensure merchandise is properly displayed Qualifications: - Previous experience in a retail environment, preferably in a supervisory role - Strong organizational and multitasking skills - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to effectively manage a team and delegate tasks - Proficient in cash handling procedures and basic math skills - Knowledge of store management principles and practices - Familiarity with market trends and customer preferences If you are a motivated individual with a passion for retail, we encourage you to apply for the position of Retail Assistant Manager.
