```Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Teacher to join our team.
As a Lead Teacher, you will be responsible for providing a nurturing and educational environment for children.
You will work closely with other teachers and staff to create engaging lesson plans and implement effective teaching strategies.

Duties:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with the curriculum
- Create a safe and supportive learning environment for children
- Provide individualized attention and support to each child
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive educational experience
- Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting teaching strategies as needed
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's development and progress
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, behavior, and academic performance
- Ensure the classroom is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary materials
Experience:
- Previous experience working in a daycare or preschool setting (preferred)
- Knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices
- Familiarity with behavior management techniques
- Experience working with children with special needs, including autism (preferred)
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans that promote literacy, math, and other key skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
