Job Summary
Responsible for maintaining a complete set of records of all machine contracts for all locations.
Oversees all billing functions and the compiling of reports to show statistics, such as contract revenue and billing status, and other items pertinent to the operations of the business.
Management responsibility for all Contract Services Department personnel.
Primary Job Duties/Responsibilities
CONTRACT MANAGEMENT:
Ensure all contracts (leases, service and supply agreements, smart print agreements, MPS agreements, etc.
) are correctly recorded and processed.
Examine/provide recommendations for improvement in company procedures for contract management.
Answer customer questions and provide needed customer service related to contacts.
Manage interaction with and provide support for all customers with respect to all contracts.
CONTRACT BILLING:
Ensure all contracts are billed correctly and in a timely fashion.
Manage interaction with and provide support for all customers with respect to meter billings.
PERSONNEL:
Manage Contract Services staff and contract management/billing processes.
Train new employees and coordinate ongoing training for current employees.
Effectively supervise personnel for optimum performance and compliance with company and departmental policies and procedures.
Maintain a current Contract Services procedure manual.
MISCELLANEOUS:
Prepare special reports, analysis, and projects as may be assigned.
Maintain lease worksheets and Hometown Leasing receivable activity.
OTHER DUTIES AS MAY BE ASSIGNED
3+ Years Accounting Experience Preferred.
2+ Year Supervisory Experience Preferred
Computer Experience Desirable
High School Education or Equivalent
College Education in Accounting and Business Management Desirable
