*We are seeking* *outgoing and personable Customer Service Supervisors at our Five Points Super Saver location, in Grand Island.
In this role you will help manage the front-end, the customer service desk, and assist the office staff.
*
*The Customer Service Supervisor position is Perfect for someone wanting to Jump-Start a Career and bolster their management work experience!*
*Specific Requirements:*
* Ability to oversee and supervise all front-end operations with confidence
* Supervising, delegating, and directing cashiers, and other front-end staff
* Efficiently handle transactions while providing excellent customer service
* Ability to lift 50 lbs.
* Follow directives of the Service Manager, or Manager on Duty
* Follow, enforce company policies & procedures, including safety policies
*Qualifications:*
Previous Supervisory and/or retail experience preferred but we will train the right candidate! To be a supervisor, you must be at least 19 years of age.
