Dietary Manager

We are seeking a skilled Dietary Manager to join our healthcare team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and supervising our dietary services to ensure the nutritional needs of our patients are met.
Responsibilities: 1.
Implement policies and procedures in accordance with healthcare regulations.
2.
Manage daily operations of the kitchen team in conjunction with the Director of the Dietary Department, to include meal planning, prep and service.
3.
Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas.
4.
Supervise and train dietary staff, fostering a positive and efficient work environment.
Qualifications: Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) credential preferred, but will assist with training and certification for right candidate.
Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
Strong knowledge of nutrition, dietary planning, and therapeutic diets.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to adapt to changing regulations and healthcare industry standards.
