Maintenance Manager (Skilled Nursing Facility)

The Cedars at Broadwell is a Skilled Nursing Facility located in Grand Island, NE, seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager.
The ideal candidate is someone who is dedicated, skilled and personally motivated.
Maintenance Manager duties include: HVAC, Minor Plumbing, Painting, Simple Drywall Repairs, Checking Fire Extinguishers, Nightly Rounds, etc.
* Previous building maintenance required.
* Nursing Facility maintenance is strongly preferred.
