Sales Manager

Overview Miller Tire Pros & Service is looking for a qualified manager.
The primary job involves overseeing all operations in our retail tire & automotive repair shop.
You would be responsible for delivering a World Class experience to our existing customers while trying to build a new customer base.
Miller Tire Pros & Service sells replacement passenger tires and provides under car automotive repair services throughout Grand Island and the tri-city area.
The ideal candidate would have previous sales & management experience in a retail setting or like industry.
Experience in the automotive field is preferred, but not required.
Miller Tire Pros & Service promotes a drug free environment.

Controlling costs to keep operations profitable Responsible for sales & profit attainment (P&L).
Ensuring safety procedures are followed Controlling work flow to ensure customer satisfaction *Qualifications: * Must have great communication & customer service skills.
Team-building skills Enthusiasm in retail is a key requirement.
