Kearney Pain Treatment Center is seeking a highly-motivated nursing leader to join a dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional patient outcomes and advancing surgical care.
As a part of this team, this role will help drive the strategic development, coordination, and evaluation of surgical services in addition to ensuring the highest standards of patient care, innovation, and collaboration with physician offices.
Reporting to the Administrator, the Clinical Director will oversee all nursing and ancillary clinical personnel and work directly with the facility's Medical Director to oversee and implement clinical programs and practices in compliance with applicable regulations and best practices for outpatient surgical care.
Duties: * Lead and mentor a team of professionals including nursing staff and other clinical support staff, fostering a culture of excellence, growth, and teamwork.
* Develop and implement strategic initiatives to promote efficient, high-quality, and compassionate surgical care * Maintain and review facility policies, procedures, and protocols to promote optimal patient safety, and regulatory compliance * Participate in educational and professional development activities consistent with the industry and organizational needs * Collaborate with medical staff, physician offices, and peri-operative staff to maintain and enhance surgical processes and patient experience * Oversee quality improvement initiatives and clinical quality reporting requirements * Foster a culture of high employee engagement and continuous education in addition to growth of service offerings and professional development for surgical staff Requirements: * Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing * State of Nebraska licensed Registered Nurse * Previous leadership/management experience * BLS/ACLS certification upon hire or able to be obtained during orientation; must remain current during employment * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Preferred Qualifications: * Minimum two (2) years experience in an Ambulatory Surgery Center or other peri-operative environment * CNOR certification Competitive salary and benefits package available.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $65,000.
00 - $85,000.
