KAAPA Partners Aurora, LLC has an immediate opening for our Plant Manager.
This position will manage all plant operations, lead projects in a fast-paced environment, and supervise the production, logistics, maintenance, and laboratory crews.
The Plant Manager role requires previous management experience, and a Bachelor’s degree in chemical/mechanical/process engineering, 5 years relevant work experience, and a strong knowledge of the ethanol production process and technology is preferred.
Leadership, attention to detail, and knowledge of OSHA guidelines and environmental standards in the ethanol or a related industry are essential.
