What the job is: CPI is looking for someone who is positive, outgoing, upbeat and a natural leader.
The ideal candidate will be quick to connect with others and able to establish and maintain working relationships while leading a team each day to be successful.
The Area Manager will be responsible for maintaining the utmost safety of all persons entering the facilities within a specific region and assure that all safety policies and procedures are followed at all times.
This position will oversee the overall functions of a group of coop locations, budgeting, inventory and condition of product and assist with the planning and development of CPI policies and goals.
The Area Manager will also be responsible for compliance of government regulations, asset improvements, forecasting operational expenses and working with the VP of Operations regarding matters pertaining to the locations they oversee.
CPI is a safety minded company thus such policies must be followed.
This position will oversee CPI's Western Region.
High School Diploma and/or GED and three years related experience or a minimum of four years or more related experience and/or training with agricultural commodities and material handling equipment is required.
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
Valid Class A CDL is required.
