RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage and Lead store employees
Ensure high customer satisfaction
Create attainable sales goals and implement strategies to hit these targets
Monitor store income and expenses
Organize and host promotional events for the store
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 2 years experience in retail management and/or bachelor's degree
Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
Ability to relocate for future growth opportunities
Strong communication skills
Ability to motivate and lead a team
Passion for customer service
