Clinical Director

The Spectrum Center for Autism is a locally owned and operated clinic dedicated to providing comprehensive behavior therapy services to children with autism to help them reach their highest potential.
We are seeking a Clinical Director for our Grand Island Nebraska location.
*Responsibilities* · Oversee day to day operations of the clinic.
· Ensure all staff are familiar with company rules and protocols as it pertains to their role.
· Clinical Director conducts performance reviews.
· Provides clinical input for the creation of client schedules.
· As required, reviews treatment plans for accuracy, completeness and appropriateness.
· Oversee the implementation of therapy programs to ensure best clinical practices are being implemented.
· Consistently stays in touch with research and new interventions to maintain clinical effectiveness of ABA programs.
· Resolves issues with clients’ families as needed.
· Routinely assesses key performance indicators.
· Excellent communication skills · Works closely with local operations administrator to schedule clients and staff appropriately.
· Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with frequents interruptions while delivering continuous results.
· A proactive approach to problem solving with strong decision-making skills.
· Superior organization, prioritizing, and self-motivation.
· Works with interdisciplinary teams to optimize company output.
· Creates learning materials and opportunities for ongoing staff training.

*Qualifications* Master’s Degree Required BCBA certification preferred.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $75,000.
00 - $90,000.
