Position Summary:
Integrated Life Choices (ILC) is seeking a Residential Manager to join our growing team in Grand Island, Nebraska.
We're looking for an energetic individual who can multi-task and manage direct support professional staff in a group home setting.
This position is responsible for ensuring all necessary supports are provided in order to fulfill ILC’s promise: 'To support people in living a fulfilling life.
'
Responsibilities:
• Training, scheduling, and supervising direct support professionals
• Ensuring residential staffing levels meet requirements
• Ensuring objectives and training support programs are implemented properly
• Ensuring documentation such as MARS, daily logs, and incident reports are completed in a timely manner
• Attending meetings with guardians and service coordinators
• Producing a variety of reports
• Ensuring state and federal regulations are met
Residential Managers also rotate on-call responsibilities and are expected to work direct support professional hours as a working supervisor.

Requirements:

S in related Human Service field or two or more years of related experience working with Developmental Disabled individuals OR an combination of education and experience.
• Have a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation
• Be a minimum of 19 years of age
• Be able to successfully complete and pass all background checks including: DMV, and Nebraska Adult and Child Protective Services Central Registry, criminal checks and references.
