Lead Personal Banker

The Lead Personal Banker position in the consistent point of contact for customers to assist them with their retail banking needs.
They must have great communication skills and can assist in leading a team.
Employees in this position excel in customer service, relationship building and contribute to the foundation of the Cornerstone Bank family.
This is a full-time position with the full Cornerstone Bank employee benefit package.
JOB DUTIES Will be responsible for training, onboarding and managing new Personal Banking staff.
Will ensure staff is following Cornerstone Bank policies and procedures.
Will be responsible for the locations cash ordering and balancing the cash vault.
Receive and process customer deposits, withdrawals, check cashing and loan payments accurately.
Will be responsible for managing and balancing a cash drawer and keep offages to a minimum.
Will assist customers with opening deposit accounts, certificates of deposit and sell cashier’s checks and money orders.
Hours for this location are Monday - Friday 10:00am - 7:00pm and Saturday 9:00am - 2:00pm QUALIFICATIONS Equivalent to a high school education.
Prefer Banking experience but will consider retail/customer service and cash handling experience.
Working knowledge of personal computers and the suite of Microsoft Office products.
Must be accurate and detail oriented.
Ability to interact effectively with customers, management and co-workers.
Ability to work in a team atmosphere and independently.
