Branch President / Ag / Commercial Loan Officer

AGNE62319 – Branch President / Ag / Commercial Loan Officer – South of Kearney, NE Our bank is a strong community bank that is seeking a Branch President or Senior Loan Officer.
This individual will work in their location south of Kearney, Nebraska.
Although this office is weighted more towards ag lending they do quite a bit of small business lending.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to come in and take over a small portfolio.
They would like to see this portfolio at $5 million in the next 5 years.
Credits can average from $250,000 to $1.
2 million but they do have larger credits.
Community involvement, new business development, ability to go out and meet people along with an understanding of credit is essential to this position.
They will supervise 2 individuals (CSR / Teller) in the branch.
80% of their time will be in lending and 20% in management of the branch.
The bank has a strong reputation in this and all of their markets.
Compensation and benefit program compete strongly with area banks.
