The Intensive Family Preservation Director will be responsible for overseeing the Intensive Family Preservation(IFP) program; ensuring all services delivered adhere to GLFS’s mission, vision, and values; all contractual requirements, and state and federal guidance that are applicable; coaching and the development of a team of Intensive Family Specialists; providing leadership and oversight of the day-to-day oversight of the IFP program; facilitating and executing intensive therapeutic and skill building interventions to provide support to the families being served; and other duties as assigned.
We're hiring: Starting pay rate is $70 - $90/hour.
The Intensive Family Preservation Director (IFPD).
Mileage reimbursement when working with clients Relocation bonus up to $7,500.

GLFS pays for drive time and mileage reimbursement when working with clients Cell phone, internet service, with daily access to work email and GLFS Computer Systems is required.
Computer/ipad/tablet (optional but highly encouraged).
Must be a minimum Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner required.
