Residential Maintenance Technician

We are looking for a hardworking maintenance technician who is looking to grow with our company and be a team player.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is self-motivated, detail oriented and adaptable with superior customer service skills.
The ability to speak Spanish is not required but is preferred.
Key Responsibilities: * Complete work orders and make apartments ready for move-ins in a timely and efficient manner.
* Quickly respond to tenant service requests and handle accordingly.
* General Handy person duties for building and apartment maintenance.
Requirements: * Valid Driver's License required * Be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
required and other physical requirements * Furnish own hand tools * Willing to train the right person * Experience in various areas of painting, electrical, heating, plumbing, appliance, or general repairs preferred.
* Criminal background check required.
