Antique - Household (Aurora/Henderson)

I am looking for a toothpick holder from Hampton Co-op Elevator.
Made in 1930's,1940's or 1950's.
They were probably plastic celluloid and blue in color.
It looks like an upright silo, with a hole in middle of the dome.
Approximately 1-1/4 " x 3" tall.
